I'm Tanuja — and I don't do guesswork.

I'm a K11 certified personal trainer, competitive powerlifter, and nutrition consultant with 7 years of experience in strength training and coaching. I hold a Diploma in Personal Training and I'm currently completing my Human Performance Nutrition certification — both from K11 School of Fitness Sciences, India's top fitness education institute.

I compete at state-level powerlifting — so the programs I write aren't from YouTube or a generic PDF. They come from years of real training, real programming, and understanding how the body actually responds to structured work. Before fitness, I spent 7 years in corporate leadership at People Matters Media, managing teams and working with companies like Deloitte, SAP, and EY. That background taught me how to manage people, set expectations, and deliver results — skills I bring to every client I coach.
