General Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our fitness coaching services, we do not offer refunds once consultations have been conducted or custom plans have been delivered. This policy ensures we can maintain the highest quality of service for all clients.
Our fitness coaching services are highly personalized and delivered immediately upon consultation. Once you receive your custom workout plan, nutrition guidance, or complete a coaching session, the service has been fully delivered and cannot be returned.
This policy allows us to invest our full expertise and time into creating the most effective, personalized fitness solutions for each client without reservation.
Cancellation Guidelines
24-Hour Cancellation Window
You can cancel or reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. This gives us time to offer the slot to other clients.
How to Cancel

Confirmation Required
We'll send you a confirmation message once your cancellation or rescheduling request is processed. Please wait for this confirmation before considering the change final.
Emergency Situations
In case of genuine emergencies (medical, family), we may consider exceptions to the 24-hour rule. Contact us immediately to discuss your situation.
No-Show Policy
If you miss your scheduled consultation without prior notice (less than 24 hours), the session is considered complete and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
What Constitutes a No-Show:
- Not joining the video call within 10 minutes of scheduled time
- Canceling less than 24 hours before the session
- Not responding to our call or messages during the scheduled time
- Technical issues on your end that prevent the session (unless communicated beforehand)
This policy ensures we can maintain our schedule and provide quality service to all clients. We prepare extensively for each consultation and reserve dedicated time slots specifically for you.
Refund Processing Time
Standard Processing
When refunds are applicable (rare circumstances), processing takes 7-10 business days from the date of approval. This includes bank processing time.
Payment Method
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for the transaction. We cannot process refunds to different accounts or payment methods.
Status Updates
We'll keep you informed throughout the refund process via email. You'll receive confirmation when the refund is initiated and when it's completed.
Processing Fees
Payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable. The refund amount may be adjusted for any processing fees that were charged during the original transaction.
Exceptional Circumstances
While our standard policy is no refunds after service delivery, we understand that life can be unpredictable. We evaluate each situation individually and may make exceptions in genuine cases.

- Medical Emergencies: Sudden illness or injury that prevents you from using our services
- Technical Issues: Problems on our end that prevent service delivery
- Service Quality: If our service doesn't meet the standards we promised
- Billing Errors: Incorrect charges or duplicate payments
Each request is reviewed individually. We require documentation for medical emergencies and will work with you to find the best solution, which may include service credits, rescheduling, or in rare cases, partial refunds.
